Ronald Enos

I have been selling real estate in the Brentwood Area since 1976. In the past thirty years I have sold over 300 land parcels and over $300 million in land sales including: farms, ranches, commercial land and buildings. I specialize in finding ranches and land for investors, farmers and developers. I am experienced in large farm parcels including cattle ranches as far north as Alturas and as far south as Fresno. The largest ranch I've sold was 30,000 acres.

Emil Geddes

Thank you for choosing Emil Geddes. I am a 60 year resident of the Brentwood area and my family has been in the Brentwood area since 1865. I taught in the Brentwood school system for 16 years and was on the Brentwood Union School Board of over 10 years.

As a realtor, I believe it is essential to have diversified experiences, understand growth trends and enjoy your community. After graduating from Brentwood's Liberty High, I received a Bachelors Degree and returned to Brentwood to teach. I also have a Masters, Degree, teaching and administration credentials and post graduate work. I have 36 years of independent business experience. While teaching I formed a piano technician business. After leaving teaching, I added 21 years experience as the sole proprietor of Geddes music in downtown Antioch and later expanded to Geddes Music in downtown Brentwood. I have also worked as a consultant in a number of residential and commercial projects including services for Balfour Properties, Pacific Union Commercial Development, Blackhawk Nunn, McNellis Properties and Safeway. I enjoy and love my community and volunteer for fund raising and non-profit groups such as the Brentwood Arts Commission, Brentwood Arts Society, Wheelchair Foundation, 80Volts, William Bristow Scholarship Foundation, John March Historical Society, Brentwood Union School District Scholarship foundation and others.
